Copyright & Client Rights
Kaitlyn Nichole Photography holds ALL RIGHTS to every photo taken, edited, and sent.
Kaitlyn Nichole Photography permits all clients to have release rights, and to download/ post the photos they receive in their gallery as they please.
Filters added and/or alterations made to any image is NOT permitted - and will be asked to be deleted.
Your Gallery
Gallery will not be sent until payment has been received IN FULL. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your photos to be edited and released. Galleries will be sent via E-Mail.
Retainer fee/Deposit
40% non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your spot, as well as to reserve my time for you! Remainder is to be paid at the time of your session.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash app.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds. The non-refundable retainer fee is in place to reserve my time especially for your session.
Contract
Contract(s) MUST be reviewed and signed prior beginning your session. This will not cut into your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Last minute changes
If any changes or alterations need to be made to your session, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Arriving late WILL cut into your session time.
No shows may be subject to pay entire session fee to cover time and expenses (i.e. gas).
